Skater hockey is a fast action, exciting sport, with similarities to ice hockey but played on inline skates in sports halls or purpose built rinks. It is played by males and females of all ages and is one of the fastest growing sports in the United Kingdom. Skater hockey is a contact sport and therefore requires protective equipment to minimize potential injury. If played correctly with the right equipment injury is uncommon.
