NEW CHELMSFORD TRAINING SESSION
Due to popular demand there will be a new training session at the Writtle Agricultural College sports hall on Saturdays 9.30 - 11.30 a.m. starting from 29th March. It will be aimed primarily at beginners and improvers aged up to 15 years old from the Chelmsford area plus any SSHC players who want some extra skating practice. New players are very welcome to just turn up but if you need to borrow kit please contact Kevin before you come. £5 per 2 hour session.

11.5.2008 GIANT HOOTERS QUALIFY FOR THE BIPHA NATIONALS.
Congratulations to the Giant Hooters (a combined team of Havering and Stansted players) who, with a convincing 12-2 win over the Demon Slayers today, secured their 2nd place position in the BIPHA South senior league and their place at the Nationals in June.

27.4.2008 Giant Runner Needs Sponsorship
Stansted Giant's player, Perry Whitlock, is running in the Bobby Moore Trust Fun Run on July 10th to raise money for a little girl called Maya, who has brain tumor and needs to go to the USA for specialist medical treatment. Maya and her family are supporters of the Romford Ice Hockey Club, which Perry also plays for. Details can be found on Maya's website. If you would like to sponsor Perry, his sponsorship form will be available at training.
